Booking & Payment

To enquire or make a booking, get in touch with us directly:

Once we've confirmed the date and type of activity with you, we'll send a secure payment link so you can pay by credit card. If you'd rather pay by bank transfer, we can issue a proforma invoice on request.

Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel

More than 60 days before the activityFull refund (100%)
Within 60 days of the activity50% of the amount paid
Within 10 days of the activityNo refund

Date or time changes are subject to availability. In cases of force majeure โ€” severe weather, or a change or cancellation to your flights โ€” you can ask us for a change of date. There is no refund for unused services, early departure or no-shows.

If we cancel

If Trek and Roll SLU cancels the activity, you receive a full refund (100%). If severe weather or safety makes the planned route unwise, we'll always try to reschedule or adjust it with you first โ€” the final call on safety rests with us.

Illness

If you can't attend due to illness, we'll try to reschedule where possible. If that's not an option, you may be able to claim the cost through your own travel insurance โ€” on request, we can confirm in writing that the activity was cancelled due to illness.

Health, Fitness & Safety

Health

We assume all participants are in good general health and able to handle the physical demands of their chosen walk. If that's in doubt, please bring a doctor's certificate confirming it's safe for you to take part โ€” and let us know about any allergies, dietary needs or medical conditions when you book.

Fitness

Our route information assumes average fitness and ability. It's your responsibility to judge whether a walk suits your personal circumstances, especially on a self-guided route. You take part at your own risk, and we may ask you to sign a disclaimer before an activity begins.

Safety

Please follow your guide's advice and the local code of conduct at all times. Some of our full-day walks are a genuine physical challenge on difficult terrain โ€” we reserve the right to judge whether a walk is suitable for you, for your own safety and that of the rest of the group.

Children

A responsible accompanying adult must take full responsibility for the safety and welfare of any children at all times.

Insurance

All our guided activities include civil liability and accident insurance (guided activities only โ€” rentals excluded), in line with Spanish regulations. We still strongly recommend your own personal travel insurance, covering medical expenses, accident or injury, repatriation, cancellation and personal liability โ€” plus a valid EHIC card where applicable. All participants must carry a valid passport or official ID.

What to Bring

Mallorca's mountain weather can change fast โ€” cloud and mist can roll in quickly, dropping visibility and temperature with it. The terrain is rocky underfoot, so good footwear matters more than almost anything else.

A strict rule on footwear: we can't allow sandals (even "hiking" sandals), thin-soled city sneakers or flip-flops on our walks, for your own safety. If a guide has to turn you away for inadequate footwear, we're not able to offer a refund.

Walking multi-day stages or changing hotels on foot? You don't need to carry heavy luggage over the peaks. Our partner service Mallorca Luggage Transfers transports your main bags between hotels, fincas and refuges across the Tramuntana, so you only walk with your daypack.

Terms & Conditions

Outdoor activities carry inherent risk. By taking part, you accept these risks and agree to follow your guide's safety instructions โ€” failing to do so may mean exclusion from the activity without a refund.

Mallorca Hiking (Trek and Roll SLU) is not responsible for personal loss, damage or injury arising from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable Spanish law.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.

We aim to keep this page accurate and up to date โ€” if you spot an error or an omission, please let us know and we'll fix it promptly.
